# Chirps

> Chirps is an AI customer support and voice agent platform that trains a RAG-powered AI assistant on a business's own website and documents, then deploys it as an embeddable chat widget, browser/phone voice agent, and screen-aware Copilot. It ships with a built-in CRM (leads, bookings, marketing), multi-channel alert dispatch, and connectors (CRM, calendar, payments, MCP) so the assistant can act on live business data. Built by Monzed, an AI systems integrator based in Estonia.

Chirps answers only from a business's indexed content — no manual decision trees or hallucinated policies — and deploys with a single script tag on any website (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Wix, Squarespace, Framer, Next.js/React, or plain HTML). It serves e-commerce, SaaS, local services, agencies, clinics, law firms, and real estate teams that need 24/7 AI-driven support, lead capture, and appointment booking. Both a no-code dashboard and a full REST Developer API are available for headless integration.

- **Talks, not just types**: browser-based voice calls plus dedicated inbound/outbound AI phone numbers in 10+ countries, with automatic call transcription.
- **Sees the screen**: Copilot Mode (Beta) lets the AI inspect and highlight elements on a visitor's current page for context-aware answers.
- **Captures revenue events**: in-chat lead forms, Google Calendar appointment booking, product/service cards, and CSAT surveys feed directly into a built-in CRM (Leads, Bookings, Marketing campaigns).
