1. Use of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. To access certain features, you must register for an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account.

2. Service Description

Chirps is an AI-powered customer engagement platform. We provide tools that let you create, customize, and deploy AI agents on your website. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

3. User Content & Data

You retain ownership of data, text, files, and other content you upload or submit. You grant Monzed a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content solely to provide and improve the Service. You own your inputs and the AI outputs generated from them.

4. Artificial Intelligence Disclaimer

The Service uses artificial intelligence and machine learning. AI may generate incorrect, offensive, or biased output. You are responsible for evaluating accuracy before relying on or distributing any output.

5. Voice & Telephony Compliance

If you use voice, inbound calling, or outbound calling features, you are solely responsible for complying with applicable call recording, telemarketing, and telecommunications laws, including obtaining any required end-user consent.

6. Data Processing & GDPR Compliance

When Chirps collects data from your website visitors, you act as the Data Controller and Monzed acts as a Data Processor. You are responsible for maintaining a compliant privacy policy, obtaining consent, and handling data subject requests.

7. Subscription & Payments

The Service is billed on a subscription basis in advance on a recurring billing cycle. You may cancel at any time, and access continues until the end of the current cycle. Except where required by law, paid subscription fees are non-refundable.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality remain the exclusive property of Monzed and its licensors, excluding your User Content.

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service unlawfully, to harm minors, to send spam, to impersonate others, or to reverse engineer or attempt to derive the source code of the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Monzed is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes

We may modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a change is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice before new terms take effect.
