Keep the client context

Separate businesses.
A familiar place to work.

Give each client its own assistant, knowledge and customer workflow. Review conversations and captured details where your team manages the service.

  • See what visitors actually received. Review saved conversations, sources and captured enquiries before suggesting an improvement.
  • Bring the right people in. Invite collaborators and assign assistant access for delivery and follow-up.
  • Agree on ownership. Manage the assistant for the client or transfer it to their account when they are ready.

Before you start

Agency questions,
answered.

Can I use Chirps with my existing agency clients?

Yes. Start with a client whose website visitors ask recurring questions, need help choosing a service, or want to request a quote or appointment. Agree on the approved information and one useful next action, then build and review the assistant together.

Can each assistant match the client’s brand?

You can configure each assistant’s name, logo, colors, welcome message and conversation behavior. Removing the Powered by Chirps footer requires an eligible plan. Check the current pricing page for included features and limits.

How can I charge for the service?

Your agency sets its own fees. A setup fee can cover discovery, content preparation, configuration, installation and acceptance testing. A monthly service can cover agreed knowledge updates, conversation review, reporting and support. Account for platform usage and any connected provider charges separately.

Can clients or teammates access just their assistant?

You can invite collaborators and assign access to specific assistants. Configure the appropriate permissions for each person. Workspace ownership, subscription management and customer-data responsibilities should be agreed with the client before launch.

Can I hand the assistant over to the client?

An owner can initiate an ownership transfer from assistant settings. The recipient must accept and have capacity on their plan. The assistant’s existing knowledge and customer records move with it, and the previous owner loses access. It arrives paused and adapts to the recipient’s plan. Phone numbers and subscriptions do not transfer; connected services need review and reauthorization.

Which plan should my agency choose?

Choose based on the number of assistants, monthly creation capacity, AI usage and features your client workflows need. Review current plan limits on the pricing page. Telephone numbers, call minutes and other provider services may have separate costs; avoid promising unlimited service without checking your allowances.
